This really needs a better name before i do a release and upload to other services

I called this discordirc because it was to replace my own discordirc.rb ruby script that i didn't release, since then there is now discord-irc and discordirc.js, and Discord has literally banned "discord" from being in nicks and webhooks.

I'll put in my and other people's recommendations for new project names.
