discord blocks webhooks with "discord" in it and it wouldn't be a surprise if it blocks exec_webhook if the nick is discord too, there are possibly other strings that are blocked... It would be good if we can fallback on just creating a message if 50035 is caught and just send the message from the bot in the "<nick> message" and "* nick message".
